no, it's really not okay.

is today throw-a-fit day?at lunch the table adjacent to us demanded to know the breakdown of the cost of the bill.he was so loud and rude the whole place could hear him and of course the staff wasn't the nicest either. then again eating at such a place, you dont really expect detailed breakdown of bills or any service. then was queueing behind this white-haired man at the ticket counter when he was enquiring about some stuff and then he suddenly flared up and scolded the auntie staff behind the counter, something to the extent of why is she so rude and if you're unwilling to serve, then dont seat behind the counter cause countless people are waiting for that job. and that her unwillingness is causing a long queue behind, to which i thought he should be responsible for the long queue and i've always thought people in this country always just made do with bad service. maybe grumble abit behind the staff, not upfront, confrontational and hostile. of course i would also have to add the auntie behind the counter was in fact impatient and was shouting. she didnt make herself clear and her face, woah, it would be every bit worth breaking the glass counter and punching her. he stayed there for quite some time and even when we decided not to queue and walked away, the whole station was filled with his voice. when he walked away his back view gave a very lonely and pitiful feel, like he was bullied, i think the white hair, plastic bag in hand and slight hunch helped. and just five minutes ago, i got flared up at for no reason. i was just innocently playing bejeweled when i suddenly got yelled at. nice.
